Zimbabwe launched two Pandemic Fund projects valued at more than US$16 million to improve disease surveillance, laboratory services and emergency preparedness. The programme uses a One Health approach, connecting human, animal and environmental health.
The announcement concerns funding and programme launch. It does not establish that all planned facilities or services have already been delivered.
