Policy overview
NDS2 is Zimbabwe’s national development framework for January 2026 to December 2030. It links Vision 2030 to priorities in economic stability, infrastructure, agriculture, human capital, social development and governance.
The strategy sets objectives for the period. Targets in the document must not be read as completed projects. This is a current planning summary reviewed on 29 October 2026; the original strategy was published in 2025.
